  • The apartment is located in the secure “Osiedle Polanki” housing estate, where guests have access to a private swimming pool open during the summer season (from mid-June to mid-September).

  • The sauna and gym are open year-round.

  • The “Kołobrzeg Szum Morza” apartment has an area of ​​50m² and a 7m² terrace overlooking the beautiful coastal forest.

  • The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

  • The apartment features a living room with two fold-out sofas, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a large walk-in closet.

  • The kitchenette is fully equipped, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, coffee maker, kettle, glasses, plates, cutlery, and pots.

  • Furnishings also include two flat-screen TVs.

  • We also provide towels and bed linen.

  • The apartment has high-speed fiber-optic internet.

  • A quiet and peaceful neighborhood right next to a beautiful coastal forest in the western part of Kołobrzeg. The beach is only 350 meters away.

The apartment is located close to the sea (a 10-minute walk through the forest). Clean and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The balcony overlooking the forest is an added bonus. And the sweet "surprise" upon arrival was a small detail that brought a smile to the faces of my children, especially my children. The communication with the owners was fantastic. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!

Our stay in the apartment exceeded my expectations! The vast space in every room made us feel incredibly comfortable. The terrace facing the forest is a real gem—in the mornings, you could hear the sound of the sea just beyond the trees. It's a wonderful place, perfect for relaxation and tranquility. An additional advantage was access to the pool and gym—a great option for active relaxation. The proximity to the sea is another huge plus. The entire experience creates an atmosphere of peace and luxury. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

We had the great pleasure of spending a few days in this apartment and we are delighted! The place is beautifully decorated, modern, yet cozy and comfortable. It's incredibly quiet outside, with a view of the park, which overlooks the sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the amenities met all our needs. There's a parking space in the enclosed grounds, and there's a large swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.
